Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission [AGC]
Provides answers to frequently asked questions about the Attorney Grievance Commission and the discipline process in Michigan. A Request for Investigation form may be obtained from this site.

Judicial Tenure Commission [JTC]
Provides answers to frequently asked questions, along with information on the complaint process and how to file a grievance against a judge. A Request for Investigation form may be obtained from this site. Also includes a list of formal complaints that have been initiated by the Commission since its inception.

National Resources

National Organization of Bar Counsel [NOBC]
The website for the non-profit organization whose member agencies investigate, prosecute and adjudicate discipline matters in the United States, Canada and Australia. This site has links to the discipline agencies and rules of conduct in all states and the District of Columbia. Summaries of selected state and federal decisions in attorney discipline cases for the last five years are compiled under the heading Current Developments.

National Council of Lawyer Disciplinary Boards [NCLDB]
The Attorney Discipline Board is a founding member of this national organization for those disciplinary agencies whose primary purpose is the adjudication of formal charges of professional misconduct. Founded in 2004, the NCLDB currently represents 19 member jurisidictions in the United States.

American Bar Association [ABA]
Legal and professional information from the "world's largest voluntary professional membership association."

ABA Center for Professional Responsibility
Provides comprehensive information relating to professional regulation, legal ethics and client protection programs. Includes an Annotated Links to other legal ethics and professional responsibility pages.

Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers [APRL]
